Rauwe tonijn met avocado, zeekraal, radijs, gebakken uitjes en een miso dressing
Voor 4 personen
Ingrediënten
200 gram rauwe tonijn
1 rijpe avocado
100 g zeekraal
2 el gebakken uitjes
2 vellen zeewier (nori vellen), in reepjes
8 radijsjes
1 ½ limoen
1 el miso pasta
1 el sojasaus
2 el sesamolie
2 el rijstazijn
1 rode peper
Bereiding
Snijd de tonijnmoot in blokjes. Klop een dressing van de sap van een limoen, misopasta,
sojasaus, sesamolie en rijstazijn. Snijd de andere helft van de limoen in 4 partjes. Snijd
de rode peper in dunnen ringen.
Breng een flinke bodem water aan de kook en blancheer de zeekraal 1 minuut. Spoel ze
koud af in een vergiet onder de kraan. Laat uitlekken. Snijd de avocado in de lengte door
tot op de pit, haal de helften uit elkaar en verwijder de pit. Snijd het vruchtvlees
overdwars in plakjes en daarna weer overdwars in blokjes. Haal de avocadoblokjes uit
de schil. Snijd de radijsjes in dunne plakken.
Mix de avocadoblokjes, zeekraal, radijsjes en tonijn met de dressing. Zet apart. Knip de
norivellen in reepjes.
Op het laatste moment verdeel je de salade over de borden en strooi je de zeewier en
gebakken uitjes over de salade heen. Serveer eventueel met dungesneden rode peper en
een limoenpartje.
Serveer natuurlijk op de feestelijke borden van Catchii!
